Now that we have found two very different sizes of the business world in nature, we want to dedicate ourselves to a very trendy company form, the start-up.<\/p>\n
As already described, a society can be dominated by a large tree. Young trees have a hard time settling in the same area\/shadow, but for example fast-growing shrubs have a chance to survive at the site. They are flexible and benefit at best from the ecosystem and the insects\/workers of the big tree.<\/p>\n
This is also observable in real economic life and young, fast-growing start-ups (in our example the shrubs) benefit from the skilled workers of established corporations. However, this only works up to a certain degree of growth.<\/p>\n
From a certain size, growth inhibits all companies in a limited area. The whole ecosystem is in danger of losing its balance and even large trees can fall victim to the supposedly smaller plants.<\/p>\n
